2014 Goals

  1. Heal and recover completely from my injury.  
  2. Concentrate on shorter distances, improving my time and strengthening my base. 
  3. Get fast enough to feel comfortable stopping for 2 character pictures at the Tower of Terror 10 Miler. 
  4. Find some kind of kickass cross training that I love: spin, TRX, swimming... Something. 
  5. Weights 2 x/ week.  
  6. Drop 10-15 lbs/get hormonal issues under control.
